Paul Tol’s Colors: Cut and Paste

I’m a fan of Paul Tol’s color schemes. They are attractive, colorful yet not too garish, distinguishable, and color-blind safe. He documents them well, but not perfectly. In particular, there’s no easy way to cut and paste the hex values.
